Volunteer Leaders

Bowsher High School

Michelle Huepenbecker- I'm affectionally known as Junkyard Hoops. I'm a graduate of Bowsher H.S. and Owens. I'm one of South Toledo's Veteran YL leaders having lead at Anthony Wayne and now Bowsher.

Amy Cress- I'm currently a Junior at the University of Toledo where I'm studying Human Resources. I'm employed at Imagination Station and I'm known as the best slime maker in the Midwest. 

Alex "Griff" Griffin- I'm a Bowsher HS grad where I coach baseball. If you've ever been to a Bowsher sporting event I've probably taken your ticket. Right now I work at RMS. 

Chris "Opher" Hubbard- I hail from Hamilton, Ohio. I'm a diehard fan of the Cincinnati Reds and USA soccer. I may be the worst domino player in the world. I'm in my first year of teaching in the TPS school system where I'm an Intervention Specialist.

Anthony Wayne High School

Emily "EY" Young- I'm from Hilliard, Ohio where I love all things Ohio State, "Go Bucks!" I'm a Junior at the University of Toledo where I'm studying Rec. Therapy. When I'm not in school or at Anthony Wayne HS you'll probably find me at Ruby Tuesday's.

Addison "Buck" Hirschfeld- I'm the Freshmen football and basketball coach at Anthony Wayne HS. Don't ever ask me to eat cereal or potato chips because I never have and never will. I'm in my Sophomore year at the University of Toledo studying Communications.

Alexa Kalanquin- I still sleep with my stuffed lamb, creatively named Lambie. I coach girls soccer at Anthony Wayne and coach at Lil' Kickers in Rossford, reliving my glory days at Northview HS. I'm a Sophomore in the Nursing program.

Anthony Wayne Junior High School

Jen Bossard- I'm come from the state up North. Right now my fiance, Brandon, and I are planning our wedding for this summer. Stop by Baskin Robbins on Airport Highway and I'll be more than happy to scoop you some ice cream. I'm currently a Junior at the University of Toledo. 

Perrysburg High School

Emily Kurfis- Everyone calls me by my last name, even my dad. I've been the JV softball coach at Perrysburg HS for the last 2 years. I'm a Sophomore at the University of Toledo where I'm studying Social Work.

Jacob Sturt- My dream is to become the CEO of Home City Ice. Currently I'm just the delivery guy. I'm a Sophomore at the University of Toledo where I've just recently changed my major from Criminal Justice to Education. I'm know around Perrysburg as Coach Sturt because I coach Freshmen Football and Basketball.

Tiffany Ketterman- I'm married to the most attractive man on the planet. I'm originally from New Carlisle, Ohio. I have my Bachelor's of Education from Wittenberg University. I'm currently employed by ECOT where I'm an Intervention Specialist. Dan and I have one son, Jonah, and another baby on the way!
